As you are aware the Financial Regulator requires that staff are competent and have the necessary knowledge and skills to deal professionally with policyholders and consumers.
We are pleased to inform you of the FORMAL CPD courses offered by Financial and Insurance Training Services which will be delivered by their Technical Insurance Training Manager, Mr. Dick Smith A.C.I.I., Chartered Insurance Practitioner. Dick Smith is a Chartered Insurance Practitioner and has lectured and delivered a multitude of insurance courses to both domestic and international insurers and brokers over many years.
The normal cost per individual delegate for each one day course is €295.
The fee covers training, course notes, folders, lunch and tea/coffee mid-morning and afternoon. All in all this is excellent value.

All courses start at 9.30am and finish at 5pm with a break for lunch from 1pm-2pm.
